Where is your branch located? Can I come and see the products?

We have an extensive showroom in Hostivař, Prague. In the showroom you can see promotional items or try promotional textiles. Purchase of goods from the showroom, unfortunately, is not possible. Do not forget to book your visit so that our sales specialists can fully attend to you.

How long does it take to print a certain volume of things?

The length of production depends on the chosen technology, the quantity of products and the production load. For specific dates, please refer to the shopping cart or the quotation from your sales representative.

Can I order samples? Do we pay for them or can I return the samples?

Yes, you can order samples. We will deduct the fee for the samples from your order in case of execution.

I don't know what the printing options are. Can you help me choose?

Yes, you can see the main technologies we use on the "Printing Technologies" page. Our smart cart will select the most suitable printing technology for your product according to your basic preferences. If you wish to choose a different technology, you will need to contact a specialist to discuss your options and any obstacles.

Where can I upload a logo for an inquiry or order?

You have several options how you can add graphic documents to your order. The first option is directly in the cart when you place your order. The second option is to upload the documents to the order details (even after the order has been shipped) in your customer profile. In case you order printed goods but do not upload the graphic documents in either of the above ways, you will be contacted by the specialist.

Is it possible to pay by card?

Yes, you can choose to pay by credit card when you complete your order. Immediately after confirmation, you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can simply make the payment.

How do I request payment on an invoice with a due date?

It is part of our terms and conditions. For regular customers we individually allow payment on invoice with due date.

I want 50 t-shirts and (for example) 5 different motifs on them, how much will it cost? Will I meet the minimum print run? Will I pay something for the changes of the motifs?

You can add textiles to your cart across sizes, colors, patterns, and even brands. The cart will immediately show the resulting branding price for a diverse mix of textiles after any change.

In what format should I send you the logo or documents? How do I know if it is in curves?

You can find all this information on the "Preparation of graphic documents" page. There you will also find instructions on how to prepare the graphics correctly.

What kind of printing can I choose for the selected item?

The smart cart intuitively guides you through your entire purchase, no need to worry. You will always find product-specific options in the product details. Based on the number of pieces and the set print parameters, the Smart Cart always selects the most suitable technology for your preferences. You don't have to bother with detailed selection (e.g. for textiles, just tell the cart whether you are interested in printing or embroidery). However, if you are interested in a specific technology (e.g. screen printing, sublimation...), you can contact our specialists who will help you.

Is it possible to combine cuts, colours and sizes in textiles?

Yes, you can add a variety of items across sizes, colours, models and brands of promotional textiles and promotional items to your cart. The contents of your cart will then be used to calculate the quantity discount on the merchandise and printing.

How do I choose the right textile size?

On the page of each product you will find a tab "Exact dimensions" and a simple table with information about the size of the textile. If you are planning a larger order and are concerned about the fit of the promotional textile, please do not hesitate to order a sample in the given colour and size.

How do I find out the current stock?

You can find the current stock availability in the details of each product. We update the data every hour. After entering a specific number of pieces, you will also find the expected delivery date of products without printing. If you are interested in the delivery date of products with printing, just enter all printing parameters in the shopping cart and the delivery date will be displayed.

What does the final price of the product depend on?

The final price of your order is influenced by the quantity of promotional items ordered and the chosen printing technology. The more items you order, the lower the price per piece. The more complex and colourful the motif you choose, the higher the unit price. Our smart cart calculates the best possible price for you - it takes into account the common preparations for printing and selects the most advantageous printing technology according to your preferences (e.g. printing / economic printing / laser engraving).

Can I get a quantity discount?

We automatically provide a quantity discount on goods and printing. You can find the final prices including quantity discounts in the shopping cart or in the quotation sent to you by the specialist.

How do I find out the final price of the products including printing?

You can easily find out the final price of printed products directly in the smart cart. Just add the products you are interested in to the cart, choose the printing parameters (logo size and placement) and your preference (e.g.: printing / economic printing) and the cart will select the most advantageous printing technology for you.

Is the price really final?

Yes, you don't have to worry. We always quote the final price, including shipping and any graphic work on the order.

Can I save the contents of my cart for later?

Yes. You can save the contents of your cart to your customer profile. This will create a quote that you can, for example, consult with colleagues in the company or have your supervisor approve. If you have any questions about the quote, just contact our specialists, give them the number of the price offer and they will help you with everything.

I have received an individual price offer from a specialist, how should I proceed?

You can find a price offer from the specialist in your customer profile or email. If it is a final, no-obligation offer that you accept, you can order it directly online. In case you have received an offer with several variants of the selected product, you must first tell your specialist which of the offered products you are interested in. The specialist will then prepare a final price offer, which you can easily approve online and order the products.

Can I see the details of each printing technology?

Yes, you can see the main technologies we use on the "Printing Technologies" page. Our smart cart will select the most suitable printing technology for your product according to your basic preferences. If you want to choose a different technology, you need to contact our specialist who will discuss the options and possible obstacles with you.

Where can printing be placed on items?

The number and size of the printing spots depends on both the object itself and the chosen printing technology. You can find the specific print positions for a given product in the "Optional print positions" tab.

What all can I have printed on the items?

Whatever you want. We can do everything from plain text to color logos to full-color photos. Of course, everything within the limits of the product.

I don't have my own logo, how should I proceed?

Never mind, we can handle that too. Our graphic designers will be happy to prepare a logo design for you, including a logo manual and, if you are interested, a complete CI. They can also handle the preparation of your logo for printing (in case you do not have it in the required quality for printing). Contact our specialists, they will help you.

I have my own logo but I don't have it in curves (vectors), how should I proceed?

We will be happy to edit the graphic materials for printing. Just tick the option in the basket that you do not have suitable graphic materials available. Don't forget to include all the graphics you have available so that our graphic designers can use them to prepare suitable backgrounds.

How can I provide graphic materials for printing with my order?

You have several options how you can add graphic materials to your order. The first option is directly in the cart when you place your order. The second option is to upload the materials to the order details (even after the order has been shipped) in your customer profile. In case you order printed goods but do not upload the graphic materials in either of the above ways, you will be contacted by our specialist.

Will you check the graphic materials I provided so that the final print is of good quality?

Yes. We will first check all submitted documents, then prepare proofs and send them to you for approval. You will see the logo placement according to your requirements on the product. If everything is to your satisfaction, our graphic designers will create the print data, which we will then use in production.

Can I print my own items?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. We only print on products from our range.

How do I know how many colors my logo has?

You can determine the number of colors in the motif by just looking. The basic thing is whether you can see individual color areas (printing with spot colors) or whether the motif is made up of so-called color gradients, i.e. a range of colors between which it is impossible to find a clear boundary - typically photographs. Note that white can also be a separate colour if it forms, for example, the background of a motif that you will not print on a white background.

What are Pantone colors?

The Pantone color swatch is a catalog of standardized colors used to clearly identify the shade of a given color. You can use it when printing with spot colours. There are several types of Pantone swatches. They are divided, for example, according to the surface to which the colors are applied, etc.

Why is the final color on the delivered items different, even though Pantone color was used?

The final color of the printed motif is also largely influenced by the material of the object and the chosen branding technology. Color deviation can be partially avoided by underprinting the motif in white. However, this is counted as an additional color of the motif and therefore increases the total price of the order. If you want to be as sure as possible, we recommend using a paid pre-production sample, which will give you a clear idea of the final color of the motif on the product. In case of order execution, we will deduct the cost of the sample from the order price.

Will the pink lines from the preview be printed in the proof?

No. The dashed lines in layouts and proofs are only used to define the print areas of the product.

Purchase in the e-shop
How can I order only 1 piece of a selected item or textile or can I buy without an ID number? You can find out all this here.
Why does the cart include a handling fee for under-limit purchases?

We do not deal with piece production and the costs associated with the production of sub-limited quantities are therefore too high. Therefore, for very small quantities, a so-called sublimit fee is automatically added to the cart.

Why can't I buy only one piece of the selected product?

You can order one piece of unprinted merchandise, but the order will need to be supplemented with an additional charge for an under-printed purchase. If you are only interested in a sample of the goods so that you can see the selected product in detail, it is possible to order it. You will find a "Buy Sample" button for each product on the page.

Can I order 1 piece of printed product?

One piece can be added to combined orders that already include other promotional items or printed textiles. For example, you can create an order of T-shirts where there will always be one or very few of each color and size. It is not possible to order a single printed item separately, for non-printed products you can order a sample or product with a handling charge (see above). For large custom orders, a sample of the printed product is included, please discuss the details with our specialist.

How do I find out the price of one print for several types of textiles?

You can add textiles to your cart across sizes, colors, patterns, and even brands. The cart will immediately show the resulting branding price for a diverse mix of textiles after any change.

Can I buy as a private person, i.e. without an ID number?

Where can I check my current order status?

You can find out the current status of your order and much more simply online in your customer profile. We will keep you regularly informed about the progress of your order.

Can I change my order after it has been sent?

Contact our specialist to check the current status of your order. If the order is not yet in production, a change is possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. If the actual production of the order has already started, you will be charged cancellation fees.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You will find the tax document in electronic form in your customer profile. It will also arrive in PDF format in your email on the day of dispatch.

How do I find out the delivery date of my order?

You can find the delivery date in your order details by logging into your customer profile or by contacting the specialist who is processing your order.

How many days does the production take?

The length of production depends on the chosen technology, the quantity of products and the production load. For specific dates, please refer to the shopping cart or the price offer from your specialist.

When will you start producing printed products?

To be able to start the production of printed products, it is necessary to first approve the graphic design (placing the logo / motif on the item). At the same time, it is necessary to pay a deposit or the full amount of the order (the exception is for clients with payment by invoice, in which case only the approval of the graphic design is sufficient).

Transport and payment
What are the payment methods and what transport services do we use? Is it possible to order abroad or to multiple addresses? You can find all this below.
Where can I find payment details to pay for my order?

Payment details, including account number and variable symbol, will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed. You will also find all the necessary information in your customer account.

Which transport service do you use?

Delivery of goods in parcels is provided by DPD. Goods on pallets are transported by PPL. We also use a courier service for transport in Prague.

Is it possible personal pickup?

Yes. You can personally pick up your order free of charge at the company's headquarters at Hostivařská 92/6, Prague 10, on working days from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Wait for a text message and an e-mail informing you that your order is ready for pick up.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes. Please check with our specialists for specific details on international delivery options.

Can I pay for my order in a foreign currency?

Yes. You can switch the prices of goods on the website to USD or EUR and order and pay in these currencies. Customers from Slovakia can make payment to our account at Tatra Bank.

Can I pay for my order online by card?

Customer account
All about customer account, setting it up and forgotten password. If you are not sure about anything, do not hesitate to contact our specialists, they will help you.
What is the purpose of a customer account?

In your customer account you can keep track of your current and past orders, inquiries, price offers and any claims. The customer account also allows you to download tax documents, upload production documents, manage contact or delivery addresses. It also allows you to register several branches and assign them different contact persons and delivery addresses.

I am a new customer, do I need to register first?

No, you don't. Registration and creation of a customer account is automatic when you place your first inquiry or order.

Is it possible to create multiple customer accounts for one ID number?

It's not. There is one customer profile per ID number. If you do not know what to do, do not hesitate to contact our specialists, they will help you.

What should I do if I can't log in because our ID number is already registered?

Contact the account owner. If you don't know who the account owner is, contact our specialists, they will help you.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. If the registration is made to an email you do not have access to, please contact your specialist or our hotline 222 367 900.

Showrooms and samples
How to book a visit to the showroom and how to order samples of the items on offer as easily as possible? You can find out all this here.
Is the showroom also a brick-and-mortar store where I can buy goods?

In the showroom you can see promotional items or try out promotional textiles. Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase goods from the showroom.

Why is it necessary to make a personal appointment in the showroom in advance?

It is necessary to book a personal appointment - the specialist will be able to give you maximum attention and will have samples ready, which you express interest in advance.

Is it possible to view or borrow samples?

Yes. The products can be viewed in our showroom by prior arrangement with a specialist. We will also be glad to lend you samples for an agreed period of time.

Why do I have to order and pay for samples?

Although our showroom contains hundreds of products, this is still only a fraction of the range on offer. Therefore, samples must be ordered in advance. We will deduct the fee for samples from your order in case of realization.

Is it possible to have samples of items made with my own logo?

Yes, we will be glad to produce product samples with your logo. There is a fee for the sampling.

Claims
Although we do everything we can to make sure that the goods always arrive to you in order, even we can't avoid the occasional mistake. Everything you need to know in the case of a claim can be found below.
Can I return goods without giving a reason?

You can only withdraw from the contract without giving a reason if you order goods without printing. Then the order is subject to the relevant sections of the current Civil Code, in which case you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Customized goods (e.g. with printing) cannot be returned without giving a reason.

What should I do if the purchased goods are damaged?

In case the purchased goods are damaged, please contact the specialist who processed your order (ideally within 3 working days). Then send him a description of the defect and photos of the products concerned. The specialist will then suggest the next course of action and the ideal solution. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.

Who can I contact with my complaint?

If you find any defect in the delivered goods, please contact the specialist who handled your order.

How should I proceed with a claim?

Contact your specialist by email and describe the defect the goods have. The specialist will then discuss your options and the next steps with you. If only part of your order is defective, you can only claim the goods concerned.

What do I have to provide when making a claim?

First, contact the specialist who handled your order. You will then need to send them photographs of the products concerned with a description of the defect. In some cases it is necessary to send the defective goods to our Prague office for assessment. The specialist will discuss the whole procedure with you, including the best way to resolve the claim.

Can I make a claim for only part of my order?

Yes. If a part of your order has a defect, you can only claim the goods concerned. You do not need to claim the whole order and send all the goods in it for assessment.

How long will the claim take?

We always try to resolve the claim as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. We take into account your preferred settlement option.

How and where should I send the claimed goods?
