Embroidery

Machine embroidery is a suitable technology for representative branding of corporate clothing and promotional items made of textile materials. The embroidered motifs can contain up to 15 different coloured threads (in total you can choose from 370 different colours). Thanks to its durability, embroidery is also suitable for branding workwear. By embroidering the motif on a separate piece of fabric, you get a patch - a great promotional item that people like to take and sew onto their favourite piece of clothing, backpack or other visible place. Embroidery is possible on textiles with a weight greater than 160 g/m2.

Production

A special program for the embroidery machine is created from the graphic data. The embroidered product is clamped in a frame and inserted into the embroidery machine. The machine then automatically embroiders the individual stitches based on the programmed steps and attaches them to the backing material, which is usually on the reverse side of the embroidery. Each embroidery is hand-cleaned at the end to make it pleasant to look at and wear. The complexity of machine embroidery is divided into four categories (A - D). The complexity is influenced not only by the size of the embroidery, but also by the number of large embroidery areas or long lines. A: simple embroidery (lettering or logo without fully embroidered areas), B: medium complex embroidery (smaller fully embroidered area), C: complex embroidery (larger number of fully embroidered areas, small details), D: very complex embroidery (large embroidered areas, large number of small details).
